Boasting lower thermal conductivity, high flame retardancy, light weight, high compressive strength, strong impact resistance and low water absorption (not easy to mold), it is a high-performance thermal insulation and flame-retardant material that can withstand ground loads of various systems. Rock wool board features standard thickness, facilitating construction with excellent product resilience. Made from natural rocks such as basalt and dolomite, rock wool products are manufactured through a precise process: the natural rocks are melted into molten lava at an ultra-high temperature of approximately 1500°C in a cupola, which is then poured into high-speed spinners to form fibers; simultaneously, a phenolic binder containing silicon, mineral oil and other components is uniformly sprayed onto the surface of each fiber.
