Rock wool wall sandwich panel is a composite building material that consists of a mineral wool core, derived from natural basalt rock, bonded between two structural facings, typically made of pre-painted steel or aluminum. Also known as stone wool or mineral wool panels. It is a high-performance, multifunctional building material that combines fire protection, thermal insulation, sound absorption, and load-bearing properties. Its Class A non-combustibility core property establishes it as an unshakable leader in building safety, making it an ideal choice for constructing safe, energy-efficient, modern industrial and commercial buildings.

Rock wool is non-combustible and can withstand temperatures exceeding 1,000°C without melting or producing significant toxic smoke. The panels are often rated Class A1, the highest European fire classification, making them ideal for high-risk and fire-rated applications.
The dense, fibrous structure of the rock wool core effectively traps airborne noise and dampens vibrations. Panels can achieve significant sound reduction, making them suitable for buildings that require a quiet indoor environment, such as studios, hospitals, and schools.
While not as insulative as polyurethane (PUR) foam, rock wool provides excellent thermal insulation. This helps regulate indoor temperatures, improving energy efficiency and reducing heating and cooling costs.
The strong metal facings protect the rock wool core, making panels resistant to extreme weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, and corrosion. The inorganic nature of the rock wool also provides resistance to moisture, mold, and rot.
Adopting concealed fixing system and special thermal break anchor penetrating locking, it greatly weakens the heat conduction path, ensures thermal insulation continuity and improves the overall energy efficiency of the wall.
As a prefabricated, single-component system, rock wool panels are easy and quick to install. This saves on construction time and labor costs compared to conventional multi-layer insulation systems.
