According to the relevant provisions of the national Class III medical device GMP dust-free purification workshop, the medical devices implanted and inserted into the blood vessel should be produced in a dust-free clean workshop of not less than 10,000. Such as: vascular stent, artificial blood vessel, venous catheter, intravascular catheter and so on. For processing with requirements or aseptic operation technology, production should be carried out in local 100 and clean workshops at 10,000 levels.
Food workshop should be kept clean and tidy, the site should be hard, flat, well drained and ventilated. The workshop should have sufficient space for equipment installation, maintenance, material storage and transportation, sanitation and cleaning personnel. The site shall be easy to be cleaned and disinfected, mildew and anticorrosive, and shall be equipped with facilities for disinfection, fly and rat prevention, changing clothes, washing sewage discharge and waste storage. The ambient temperature, humidity and ventilation conditions of the workshop shall meet the requirements of the production process and regulations.
