3D EPS Welded Wire Mesh Panel is a new wire mesh product, mainly used in construction. Its high tensile strength and easy installation make it very popular with construction customers worldwide. The 3D wire mesh panel, also called a double-layer welded wire panel, is joined together using a welding method. It features a foamed polystyrene insulating layer with a thickness of 100mm in the center. The steel wire truss, coated with zinc of 3mm (3.8mm) between the insulating layer, is pinned at 2" intervals. Both sides form up at 5cm x 5cm (5cm x 10cm) intervals with zinc-coated wire mesh of 3mm (3.8mm) at fine-spun 50mm (100mm) intervals. The contact points of all steel wires are joined by spot welding, creating a panel of 2.4m (4m) full length, 1.2m width, and 60~200mm thickness.
