Polyurethane sandwich wall panels are high-performance building envelope materials. They are formed through a continuous molding process, combining two metal panels (or non-metallic panels) with a polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer. They combine thermal insulation, decoration, and structural benefits, mainly used in industrial logistics buildings, cold chain, public commercial facilities, agricultural and animal husbandry buildings, etc.
Our group has successively introduced Italy's fully automatic continuous production line Puma Line and Germany's KraussMaffei Line, which have the characteristics of high automation, high control accuracy, and high safety and stability. It can produce various types of continuous self foaming PUR/PIR polyurethane color steel sandwich panels of 5 million square meters per year, thereby completing customer orders with high quality and efficiency, meeting the personalized enclosure system construction needs of different customers in a one-stop manner.

3. Custom widths range: 500 mm - 1200 mm. We recommend the 1000 mm standard width, which eliminates the need for additional molds and offers the best production costs.
PU/PIR sandwiches offer excellent heat preservation, insulation, and soundproofing. Additionally, the core material is non-combustible and meets fire safety standards. With the joint action of the upper and lower panels and polyisocyanurate, the system delivers high strength and rigidity. The lower panel is smooth and flat with clear lines, which increases the aesthetics and flatness of the room. It is a modern building material featuring easy installation, a short construction period, and a beautiful appearance.
The thermal conductivity of polyurethane rigid foam is typically between 0.018 and 0.024 W/(m·K). This is significantly lower than most common insulation materials (such as EPS foam, rock wool, and glass wool). Thinner sheets can achieve the same or even better insulation performance.
PU sandwich panels, with their excellent thermal insulation properties, can reduce building energy consumption, significantly reduce air conditioning and heating operating costs, bring long-term and significant economic benefits, and comply with green building energy-saving standards.
The lightweight nature of these panels reduces building loads, while their excellent compressive and bending resistance allow them to serve as both load-bearing and envelope structures. The integrated molding process ensures resistance to delamination and deformation.
The panels are prefabricated in the factory, ensuring precise dimensions and consistent quality. Upon arrival at the construction site, they can be assembled directly (e.g., using tongue-and-groove plug-in installation). This fast installation process significantly shortens construction time and saves labor costs.
By adding flame retardants, polyurethane sandwich panels can achieve Class B1 (flammable) or Class B2 (combustible) fire protection standards. High-quality B1-rated products effectively slow the spread of fire and meet the fire safety requirements of most commercial projects.
Rigid polyurethane foam features a high closed-cell ratio (≥90%). These pores are not interconnected, making them less susceptible to moisture absorption and providing excellent waterproof properties. This is particularly important for cold storage and humid environments.
